· Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements

· Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data

· Analyze financial trends and develop reports to support management decision making

· Manage and oversea accounts receivable and payable

· Prepare and file tax returns

· Advise management on financial matters and compliance with financial regulations

· Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field required

· 5 years of experiences in financial accounting preferred

· Strong knowledge of accounting principals and practices including GAAP or IFRS

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Attention to details and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience with financial accounting software

· CPA certification preferred
