Job Responsibilities
- Performs various repair duties, including, but not limited to, Security Camera and Digital Recorder repairs and adjustments and rework, software update, repair information recording and analysis, communicate with customers and other related people.
- Works as team participant along with company staff to ensure repair service meets quality standards set by Company.
- Support the service centers of our customers on training and management, enhance themselves’ service ability.
Job Requirements
- Responds to customers ; service requests and concerns in timely manner.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical, electronic and optical problems.
- Repair the product defects to meet the quality standard.
- Keep good relationship with our customers’ engineers, help them solve repair issues.
- Support factory on FAE work to improve the field quality.
- Assist the service center leader to manage the service center.
