Job Description

·       Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.

·       Position as a trusted leader in physical security, intelligence, and cybersecurity.

·       Build strong relationships with government, corporate, and international stakeholders.

·       Oversee daily operations of all security divisions, including manned guarding, command centers, intelligence, and cyber units.

·       Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective service delivery.

·       Ensure compliance with Myanmar security laws, licensing, and international security standards.

·       Drive business expansion and secure new client contracts across industries.

·       Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Represent at local and international business and security forums.

·       Develop annual budgets and financial plans aligned with strategic goals.

·       Monitor revenue streams, project profitability, and overall company performance.

·       Ensure transparent financial reporting and accountability.

·       Recruit, mentor, and retain senior managers and security professionals.

·       Oversee staff training programs in security, intelligence, and cyber.

·       Foster a performance-driven and ethical company culture.

·       Implement risk management frameworks for internal operations and client projects.

·       Manage legal, operational, and reputational risks proactively.
