Job Description

·      receive recruitment requisition and prepare vacancy announcement at linkedin , recruitment agencies and online advertisements.

·      Screen the candidates by phone and arrange the interview with related department head

·      Check employee working history and issue offer letter

·      Conduct orientation program and fill employee data at software.

·      Responsible the employee probation evaluation process.

·      Support other HR related matters

·      Perform the tasks instructed by head of department.
