• Development and execution of marketing strategy and creative plan/calendar & Media buying.
• Evaluate the success of marketing efforts and bring up new ideas to improve brand marketing.
• Working to key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversions.
• Manage and coordinate marketing team.
• Analyze and research up to date market trends and competitors’ information.
• Brainstorm new and innovative campaign ideas (analyzing the digital campaign included).
• Collaborating with the designers and management team for strategic plans (social media).
• Generate leads, new customers and retain existing customers.
• Responsible for daily management with effective strategies.
• Responsible for the development, implementation, integration and evaluation of ,marketing and promotion plans.
• Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior and campaign response, etc.
• Stay up to date with market development and emerging opportunities in the market.
