· Develop and executive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

· Identify and secure new customers in local and international markets

· Manage and strengthen relationship with key clients

· Lead, motivate and manage the sales learn to achieve team KPIs.

· Monitor sales performances and prepare reports for managements

· Represent the company at business meetings, networking events and industry activities

· Bachelor’s degree in business , marketing ,logistics or related field

· Minimum 5 years of sales experiences in logistics or freight forwarding

· Proven experience in leading a sales team and developing B2B business.

· Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations

· Good communication , negotiation and leadership skills

· Proficient in MS office

· Good command of English (written and spoken)
